Thrive For Life Community Walks in the 2023 Breast Cancer Awareness Walk!

This year, the Thrive For Life was glad to come together as a community to participate in this year’s 2023 Breast Cancer Awareness Walk. Resident scholars and staff, sporting pink, joined hundreds of others in Central Park on this special day to remember those who have battled breast cancer and to raise awareness in hopes of one day finding a cure. Participating in events like these underscore the importance of community as we walk together as a family.

Special thanks go out to Victor and Judy, who took the lead in organizing our team of walkers. Their efforts ensured a smooth participation, and they played a key role in making it a meaningful day for our resident scholars at Ignacio House and Abraham House. Their hard work behind the scenes was evident and much appreciated by all.

The walk served as a reminder that when we come together for a cause, our collective efforts can make an impact. Here's to more community events and making a difference, one step at a time!
