Breaking Ground for the Cardinal’s Cafe at Abraham House!

Thrive For Life is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking at Abraham House for the Cardinal's Cafe, a significant step forward in our mission to transform lives through education and community building. This development comes at a time when we are also celebrating the ongoing success of our End of Year Appeal, which began on Giving Tuesday that brought in over $100,000 to kick off this endeavor.

The funds raised are instrumental in commencing renovations at Abraham House, allowing us to expand our classroom capacity to accommodate the increasing enrollment for our classes. This expansion is a testament to the growing demand and success of our educational programs, which are crucial in supporting our residents and the broader community.

In a new partnership with Catholic Charities, we are excited to announce that starting in 2024, we will offer classes in OSHA, available in both English and Spanish. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing diverse educational opportunities that cater to the needs of our community. Alongside OSHA, our ongoing courses in technological literacy, ESL, parenting, and other subjects continue to make a significant impact in the lives of those we serve, equipping them with important skills for the workforce.

Over the coming weeks, we are focused on further enhancing our course offerings at Abraham House. The Cardinal's Cafe will not only serve as a hub for learning but also as a community center where residents and people from the wider community can come together, learn, and grow.
